MOD Build have done 4 projects at my house, an entire new roof, a new garage roof and a new floor in the kitchen and breakfast room and a new floor in my third bedroom/office. In all three instances the work has been completed on time and within the quoted budget. Adrian and all his staff have always been polite and courteous. Their attitude has been exemplary and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other potential clients, in fact some of their other work has come from my personal recommendation.
